“English for Specific Purposes and ECTS/Tuning modular framework” training sessions were launched on March 28 within the frameworks of Erasmus+ KA2 “Support for Innovative Methodology, Approaches and Tools for Teaching through the Medium of English (EMI) in order to improve Educational Yield, Sustainability and Internationalization” SMARTI project. 5 Armenian and 4 Russian HEIs take part in the project. The project is managed by Dresden Technical University.
The first exercise was introduced by Candidate Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Ara Amiryan. He presented a wide range of possibilities which can improve the communication skills in a systemized way, supported with videos. He also mentioned the obstacles, the ways to receive or rather to deserve the attention of the audience. They are numerous and are well-known for a
long time: starting from the lecturer’s appearance, clothing until pleasant voice and up-to-date content.
Indeed, every time, again and always we must prove that we deserve to be heard. To be heard attentively and with love. And after the lecture the participants need to ponder around all the issues which were discussed together.
