During the HEI Board of Rectors meeting held on February 23, 2024, the Rector of PAARA, Khachatur Ghazeyan, introduced the SMARTI Project. This initiative aims to address the growing necessity for proficiency in foreign languages, particularly English, in Armenia, emphasizing its crucial role in delivering lectures effectively. Mr. Ghazeyan comprehensively presented the project’s partners, core objectives, and anticipated outcomes, with notable emphasis on sustainability. Underlining the significance of internationalization and mobility for universities, Mr. Ghazeyan urged partners to share their international projects, highlighting the pivotal role of dissemination in maximizing impact. Additionally, he extended an open invitation to all interested stakeholders to engage in SMARTI’s forthcoming training sessions, fostering broader participation and collaboration in advancing language proficiency and academic excellence.
